My last in the editor's role, as the lovely Holly is now back frommaternity leave with a gorgeous bundle of joy. Where has the time gone? Awhole year? Largely, I've spent it having fun, meeting some brilliant people, and eating more than the waistband of my stretchiest brand of jeans can handle. A huge thanks to the team for embracingmy obsession with food (particularly cheese) and makingme feel so welcome. I'm delighted to announce, though, that I'll be continuing to help with content, so you haven't seen the last of me. On to this month's magazine, which is a cracker! In addition to all your favourite features, updates and product news, we've been delighted to work alongside Speciality & Fine Food Fair to bring you our Rising Stars of 2024. Twenty-five dynamic, bold and innovative folk from the fine food and drink sector, nominated by peers. There's some truly great stuff happening and we're thrilled to shine a light on them and their businesses. Our Drinks Buyer magazine is bagged with this issue too, and filled with plenty of inspiration for your chiller.
