What’s keeping them on their toes in 2025? For starters, experiential cheesemongering has become a ‘thing’. Consumers love cheese and wine (and coffee, and chocolate, and Port - the list goes on) events, and several of our featured retailers have upped the ante in this respect, giving shoppers more ways than ever before to discover what they have to offer. Also clear is that a new kind of customer is emerging.
