We have found that, while Covid-19 is to some a relic of the past, its impact is undoubtedly still being felt by many across the fine food industry. Many independent retailers, with their grassroots relationships and focus on passion over profit, are still experiencing the afterburn of the pandemic in amongst plenty of contemporary challenges also keeping them on their toes.
