The flavour blew her away. Back in London, she realised that there were no producers blendingmaple syrup with butter so she created it for herself, friends and family, and eventually families at the school gate. After posting photos of her product in hand drawn packaging on social media, it started to gain wider attention. Bloggers, Selfridges and Nigella Lawson responded to posts and wider consumer interest grew from there – transforming this kitchen table project into a larger commercial operation.
